Pushup Challenge
This program is supposed to take you to a point where you are able to do 100 consecutive pushups in 6 weeks. I'm a little skeptical but we're going to give it a shot. It only takes about 7-8 minutes a day, 3 days a week. Feel free to join us in our journey and let us know how it works for you!

We are on with the challenge! Wahoo. We're excited about doing this. Jonathan wants me to tell you how many push up's we did initially. I'm embarrassed. I did 6. He did an impressive 22! We're starting tomorrow, Wed. July 15. Keep us informed.
Count me in starting Monday. I'll try to get Christian to join, too.
Just AN FYI. On our initial tests, Kim squeaked out 8 and I crashed hard at 29. We're doing a Tues., Thur., Sat. rotation this week and then settling in on a Mon., Wed., Fri. cycle for the remaining 5 weeks.
Mine was a very disappointing 8. I know I used to be able to do at least 20. Well, I guess that was when I was working with a trainer. How quickly one falls out of shape!
I totally want to do this!!! I did 15 for my initial test......although that was a few minutes ago and my wrists are still shaking and aching! Yikes!
