Merry Christmas everyone!

Christmas is always a wonderful time of year! Family, food, presents, and the celebration of our Savior! This Christmas was extra special for us. Not only was it our first Christmas having Claire with us, but last year Anna just wasn't quite old enough to be excited about her presents, nor could she rip them open on her own. This year was a different story!

Joey's parents came over early Christmas morning and we all sat down to a traditional breakfast of waffles with strawberries, whip cream, and maple syrup. Yummy!! Then we commenced with the presents and boy did Anna have fun!! She made out with a rocking horse, a ton of foam building blocks, a shopping cart with plastic fruit, and some Peeps among other things. (Peeps are a holiday staple around here. Kim won't touch them, which leaves more for Joey and Anna!)

Of course, even better than the presents is having family around to share the day with. Here's a few mug shots!

And of course, a house divided... If you can't quite tell, this is Anna wearing her new Georgia Tech sweatshirt and lying next to her new BYU t-shirt. With my strategic selection of apparel, that means Anna will be wearing the Georgia Tech sweatshirt OVER the BYU t-shirt. Chalk one up for the home team. Go Jackets!

Last but not least, this picture......well, let's just say it brings a whole new meaning to the phrase "Don't Drink and Drive"!

We hope everyone else had as wonderful a Christmas as we did!!
